The working hours are mainly in three shifts, about 35-40 hours per week. We also provide insurance during working hours and health care for you. The monthly salary depends on the position and your previous experience. Gross salary as a nurse assistant will start minimum from 1.833,90 per month. Once you´ve graduated as a practical nurse, gross salary will start minimum from 1.963,90 per month. On top of the salary you will receive extra compensation from working in evening, night and weekend shifts on average 200 € per month as a nurse assistant and on average 500 € per month as a practical nurse.

Language course and apprenticeship training (free of charge)

The intensive Finnish language course will be arranged in Madrid, Spain. The duration is approximately four to five months in which time you will learn enough Finnish to deal with the everyday matters in Finland. The work in Finland starts when you have completed the language course and reached sufficient level of Finnish language skills. Once you move to Finland, you can start to work (earnings 1.883,90€ +extra shift compensation per month) and you will continue the language studies alongside your work. After this, you will be able to work independently. We expect you to have basic knowledge of English. Your studies for the vocational qualification in social and health care (practical nurse) will be implemented as apprenticeship training. The curriculum includes on-the-job-learning which will be supported with theoretical and practical studies at the local vocational college. Approximated graduation for the qualification is 1-5/2021 depending on your previous studies and how your studies will proceed.
