• Matching your needs with the best of Nordic life

Is it a match?

Our employers who are looking for friendly, talented professionals like you to come join their teams.

We understand that many factors weigh into a decision as huge as moving to work in a new country. Our international staff is committed to you and your success in this process. With our years of experience, we have an in-depth understanding of the challenges involved in these decisions.

Starting from listening to your needs and ending in matching them with the best possible solution and workplace, we are here to support you and your family through the transitions involved.

Our process

It all begins with a phone call. Our desire is to get to know you and find out what you need as you decide to make this career move. Once we understand your professional and personal situation, we can best match you with the employer whose needs you.

We will gladly inform you of our services, the process and the support we offer throughout the training you will receive.

When you and the employer both give the green light, we will move on to the training phase in which the language and culture of your chosen country will be the focus.

New building blocks of communication

Your intensive language and cultural training will begin as soon as possible and last until right before your relocation. The duration of the language training will be 18-20 weeks. During this time, you will be building an entirely new skill into your life that includes not only new words and concepts, but also a new cultural  understanding as well.

An important part of successful relocation is making sure that you learn the language and culture in order to engage in society immediately.

Please don’t hesitate to discuss your needs with us.

Nesting

Often we might invite you for a pre-visit, in order for you to get a better grasp and “feel” for where you will be working. Throughout the training, we are involved in preparations for your arrival, all in close consultation with you and your family.

Our relocation staff is happy to present you with options and lay the groundwork for your move to the Nordics.

During the training we help make sure that all your paperwork is in order and in accordance with the specifications and regulations of your target country,  in order to ensure your ability to start working immediately when you arrive.

New rhythms of life

Starting work is the culmination of all the hard work and the endless verb practices in class. It is the answer to the questions and doubts throughout the journey, and the longed-for reality of a dream that began months before.

Working in the Nordics means a good work-life balance, job security and good working conditions.

Each organisation varies in its requirements and working policies, but these will be clear to you from the beginning of the process. We are with you each step of the way.

Fabiana, a nuclear medicine specialist

"The organization and commitment when organizing the whole process one year in advance does not usually happen in Spain.  BBi accompanies you throughout the process and adapts to your needs, although they demand a high level of commitment. This facilitates learning and increases confidence by making adaptation easier. There is a work-life balance. We feel it's an opportunity to grow professionally and as a family.", says Fabiana.

Fabiana and her husband are excited and motivated to be able to work both in a world-class hospital with the best technology, being part of a society with shared values.
